@folk App Design

Class: 4D Design: Interactivity, Myers School of Art
Role: UI/UX, Wireframing, Prototyping
Year: 2017
Tools Used: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, InVision
Details: The Myers School of Art is home to nearly 600 art & design students and is among the largest academic art facilities in the region. In creating an app design for students at the school, my goal was to centralize critical information and create an easier way to access relevant content, including lab hours, faculty info, and news. Named after Folk Hall, the building that houses the Myers School of Art, @folk helps students navigate the departments, learn about the labs and gallery within the school, and stay organized with a class schedule and staff directory.

Created for a class assignment, my role involved concept development, research (including user personas, visual design exploration, and wireframing), interface design, and prototyping.
